Please note: REAL GRASS WARRANTY DETAIL:

We apologize but there is only a 14 day warranty on grass (This is clearly stated on ALL contracts) The reason for this is no one can determine if the grass will live or die in Nevada soil and heat. Some grass thrives while other grass has problems no matter what is done. To have a lush green lawn in Nevada it takes abundant constant care. Even golf course’s which employ full time groundskeepers cannot keep the grass green at times. These courses do constant aerating and over seeding and still have a hard time achieving lush greens. We live in the desert and grass is not native due to the desert soil and intense heat. Even though Greencare puts down topsoil and installs proper irrigation systems the majority of the time the grass will have issues and require abundant care. We strongly suggest a maintenance company to provide the constant care your grass will need. If you have any pets big or small your grass will be very spotty. We have found replacing problem areas from pets with cut patches of sod to be the best shot at keeping the grass as green as possible. We are sorry again but grass is a privilege in the middle of the desert and it needs abundant care to stay healthy so we cannot warranty it over the 14 days.

Our goal is to get this done as quickly as possible for you and we have developed this warranty procedure specifically with our clients needs in mind. We apologize for the inconvenience but we need photos as well as valid warranty proof so we can fix the issue as quickly as possible for you. All valid warranty claims will be completed within 30 days of receipt of valid warranty claim via email or US mail. If any documents or photos are not included in warranty claim Greencare assumes no responsibility for delays.
